Experience: Brad Harmon serves as managing partner of HunterMaclean. Brad leads the Firm’s logistics practice, assisting logistics, 3PL, and warehousing clients with their business transaction needs. Experience: Harold Yellin is a partner in the Savannah office, practicing in the areas of commercial real estate, zoning/land use, and commercial leasing. Harold has broad experience in commercial real estate matters, including the purchase, sale, and refinance of retail shopping centers, hotels and motels, and office, industrial, and mixed-use developments. He is actively involved in the negotiation and drafting of commercial sales contracts and commercial leases on behalf of owners of shopping centers and office and industrial parks. Experience: Ouida Fox is the firm administrator, based in the Savannah office. Ouida oversees the daily operations of the Firm’s offices. Before joining HunterMaclean in 1999, Ouida worked in the same capacity at a Florida firm for twenty years. Ouida attended Georgia State University in Atlanta. During her tenure at the Florida firm, she was founding president of the Suncoast Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, serving as its president for four terms and as a board member for another three years. She is a member of the National Association of Legal Administrators and the Atlanta Legal Administrators Association and is an associate member of the American Bar Association.
