Rachel C. Young is an Associate at HunterMaclean and practices in the areas of Business Litigation, Intellectual Property, and Employment Law.  Ms. Young has experience in business torts, contractual and commercial disputes, intellectual property disputes, and disputes arising under various Federal and state employment laws.  Ms. Young also counsels businesses and individuals on protecting and managing their intellectual property, including filing trademark and copyright applications.

Ms. Young is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in all courts of Georgia and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Georgia. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Savannah Bar Association.

Ms. Young is a 2007 graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor with magna cum laude honors. She is a member of the Order of the Coif. While at the University of Georgia, she was on the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. In 2001, Ms. Young received her B.A. in Political Science and Theatre from Winthrop University, where she graduated cum laude. While at Winthrop, Ms. Young was inducted into the Alpha Lambda Delta national honor society.
