Deanne Clarke is Of Counsel in the Savannah office, practicing in the area of Commercial Real Estate.  Ms. Clarke has represented clients in connection with a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.  She has worked regularly with developers, sellers, purchasers, landlords, tenants and other interested parties in connection with the development, acquisition, sale, leasing, financing and operation of retail, mixed-use, office, medical, warehouse and other commercial properties. 

Ms. Clarke received her B.A. degree, with high honors, from the University of Cincinnati in 1995.  She received her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 1998.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Clarke was a partner with Frost Brown Todd LLC in their Cincinnati, Ohio office.
