Ada-Marie Aman is Special Counsel practicing in the areas of Corporate and Health Care Law.  Ms. Aman's practice focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, Manufacturer and Dealer Relations, and the representation of health care providers in regulatory, transactional and compliance matters. 

Prior to joining HunterMaclean, Ms. Aman worked for the U.S. Department of Justice as a member of the Attorney General's Honors Program.
 
Ms. Aman graduated from William and Mary School of Law in 2002. While in law school, Ms. Aman served as the executive editor of the William and Mary Bill of Rights Journal and was the recipient of the Thomas Jefferson prize for outstanding student note and the Legal Skills Scholar Award for excellence in legal research and writing.  Ms. Aman graduated from the College of William and Mary with a B.S. in 1999.
