Jennifer Hartley is an Associate in the Savannah office, and practices in the area of Commercial Finance. Ms. Hartley has experience in the preparing of loan documents, reviewing surveys, leases, title policies, and entity documents, and performing other due diligence work for various commercial projects, including shopping centers, restaurants, hotels, and office buildings.

Ms. Hartley is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia and is a member of the Savannah Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She belongs to the National Safe Kids Campaign and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Ms. Hartley graduated from the University of Illinois in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in History, and from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1998 with a Juris Doctor, cum laude. While an undergraduate at Georgia, she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi.
