Adam Kirk is the Hiring Partner at HunterMaclean and practices in the areas of Taxation, Corporate, and Real Estate, with a focus on affordable housing and financing. He is a Certified Public Accountant  and a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Prior to law school, he practiced accounting in an international public accounting firm, and later served in financial and SEC reporting roles for publicly traded companies.

Mr. Kirk received his B.B.A., magna cum laude, from Georgia State University in 1994, and his J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law in 2002. He was an Edward F. Hennessey Distinguished Scholar in 2002.  While in law school, Mr. Kirk was an adjunct professor in the Boston University School of Management.
