Colin McRae is a Partner in the Savannah office. His practice areas include Admiralty, Business Litigation, Products Liability, and Intellectual Property. Mr. McRae has experience in disputes involving real estate, commercial transactions, premise liability, products liability, and maritime tort and contract matters.

Mr. McRae is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in all courts of Georgia, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is a member of the Savannah Bar Association, and is a past President of its Younger Lawyers Division.

A native Savannahian, Mr. McRae graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in History in 1995, and from the University of Georgia School of Law with a J.D., cum laude, in 1999. Mr. McRae is a member of the Chatham County Board of Registrars, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Economic Opportunity Authority of Savannah/Chatham County.  He performs volunteer legal work for the Truancy Intervention Project.  Mr. McRae also serves as attorney coach for the high school mock trial team at Savannah Country Day School, his alma mater.
