Lane Morrison is a Partner in the Savannah office and practices in the area of Estates and Trusts and Taxation. He has experience counseling clients on a wide range of asset protection, tax planning, and trust and estate administration issues. He also has extensive experience dealing with charitable organizations.

Mr. Morrison is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He is also a member of the Fiduciary Law and Tax Sections of the State Bar of Georgia. He served on the Committee of Tax Legislation and Regulations, Generation Skipping Transfers from 1985 to 1987 of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association.

Mr. Morrison graduated from the University of North Carolina with an B.A. in 1967 and from Emory University with a J.D. in 1970. At Emory, he was a member of Phi Delta Phi.
