Frank Perch is a member of Hunter Maclean's Bankruptcy Team. Mr. Perch has over fifteen years of experience in complex corporate bankruptcy representation.
Immediately prior to joining Hunter Maclean, Mr. Perch served as the Assistant United States Trustee for the District of Delaware for two years, after serving as a trial attorney with the United States Trustee Program in Delaware starting in 1999.
Before joining the United States Trustee Program, Mr. Perch practiced extensively in the fields of bankruptcy, reorganization, insurance coverage and commercial litigation for several Philadelphia firms, where he represented debtors, secured creditors, insurers and others.
Mr. Perch has spoken on mass tort bankruptcies and other Chapter 11 issues at the National Bankruptcy Training Institute of the United States Department of Justice, as well as the Practicing Law Institute and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. His article, Insurance Coverage Settlements in Bankruptcy: Big Cases Make Uncertain Law, appeared in the January/February 1997 issue of Coverage.
Mr. Perch received his B.A. from Haverford College and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
