Jennifer Vardeman Mafera is a Partner in the Commercial Real Estate Section at HunterMaclean.

She has extensive experience representing national and international fuel station and convenience store clients in the acquisition and disposition of real and personal property, equipment and inventory sales, environmental issues, franchise agreements, access and easement issues, land planning, survey and title review, lease and sublease drafting and review and local planning and zoning matters.

She also represents commercial and residential developers in every aspect of the acquisition, ownership, development, and disposition of commercial and residential real property including negotiating and drafting of purchase and sales agreements, declarations of restrictive covenants, development/construction agreements, governmental permits, title insurance coverage, escrow agreements, easement documents, property management agreements, leasing agreements, and entity formation documents.

Her practice includes negotiating and drafting documents for mixed-use, commercial and residential development projects including master planned communities, condominium and homeowners association formation and governance, planned unit developments and commercial multi-structure projects.

Ms. Mafera received her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 1995. In 1998, she received a J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law.
