Associate: Information Technology Transactions

HunterMaclean of Savannah, Georgia is looking for an associate to join its information technology and outsourcing practice and assume substantial responsibility. The Firm's information technology and outsourcing practice is nationally recognized, dynamic and growing.

Applicant Qualifications:

• Top 20% of class at a top tier law school
• Served on law review
• Superior writing and communication skills
• 1-6 years experience in the drafting and negotiation of sophisticated corporate or information technology agreements at a large or medium-sized law firm
• Background or experience in the information technology industry preferred
