Saunders Aldridge is a Partner in our Savannah office where he has advised clients in the Transportation and Logistics industries for over 30 years. He has also enjoyed success in the areas of Complex Civil Litigation and Occupational Safety and Health representing both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation, catastrophic injury and mass tort litigation.
Mr. Aldridge is admitted to the State Bars of Georgia and South Carolina and is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and all Georgia and South Carolina State Courts. He is a member of the Savannah Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, and the South Carolina Bar Association.
He received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1968, and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1975. While at Georgia, he served as the articles editor for the Georgia Law Review and as a student teacher. He was a naval lieutenant serving two tours in Vietnam.

- Decade long litigation over issues of first impression concerning coverage of independent contractor and insurer subrogation rights.
- Dispute over homeowner's claim of coverage for collapse of load bearing wall against policy exception as to gradual deteriorating condition.
- Coverage dispute over requirement to pay portion of verdict prior to invocation of coverage.
