Andy Gaunce is a member of the firm's Corporate Law Practice Group.  His practice focuses on all aspects of general corporate representation, including corporate governance, the formation and organization of business entities, securities issues, commercial transactions, mergers, acquisitions and other reorganizations, shareholder rights issues and contract drafting and negotiation.

Originally from Winchester, Kentucky, Mr. Gaunce earned his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude from the University of Kentucky.  Mr. Gaunce also served four years in the United States Marine Corps.  He received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was the recipient of the Paul Cooper scholarship and a member of the South Carolina Law Review.
