Brad Harmon is a Partner in HunterMaclean's Savannah office who specializes in Business Litigation and Personal Injury Defense.  Mr. Harmon has successfully represented various hospitals, financial institutions, industrial materials manufacturers and other businesses in commercial disputes.  He has also successfully defended medical care providers, trucking companies, manufacturers and other businesses in personal injury and products liability lawsuits.  He has experience in complex antitrust class actions, and has represented both homeowners and builders in construction litigation.   He was named a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star by Atlanta Magazine in 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011.

Mr. Harmon is involved in numerous community activities.  He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Chatham County Live Oak Public Libraries Foundation.  He serves on the United Way of the Coastal Empire's Campaign Cabinet as the Co-Chair of the Attorneys Division.  He is also a member of the Savannah Quarterback Club. 

Mr. Harmon is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Georgia.  Mr. Harmon is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, the Savannah Bar Association, and the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association. He was previously a member of the executive committee of the Savannah Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division and the Chairman of the Savannah Bar Association's Legal Directory Committee.

Originally from Sevierville, Tennessee, Harmon earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee.  He graduated from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law in 2002.  During law school, he was a member of the Mercer Law Review.
