Brad Harmon specializes in Business Litigation, specifically in personal injury litigation, medical malpractice defense, and commercial litigation.  Mr. Harmon has successfully defended trucking companies, medical care providers, and other businesses in personal injury lawsuits, and has successfully represented various financial institutions and hospitals in commercial and business litigation matters.  He also has experience in a complex antitrust class action relating to brand name prescription drugs, and has represented both homeowners and builders in construction litigation.   He was named a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star by Atlanta Magazine in 2007 and 2009.

Mr. Harmon is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Georgia.  Mr. Harmon is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, the Savannah Bar Association, and the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association. He was previously a member of the executive committee of the Savannah Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division and the chairman of the Savannah Bar Association's Legal Directory Committee

Mr. Harmon earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee.  He graduated from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law with a J.D. in 2002.  During law school, he was a member of the Mercer Law Review.
