Brad Harmon is an associate in the Savannah office of the Firm.  He specializes in personal injury litigation, medical malpractice defense, commercial litigation, and business litigation matters.  Mr. Harmon has previous experience in a complex anti-trust class action suit against manufacturers of brand name prescription drugs.  Mr Harmon has also successfully defended trucking companies in personal injury lawsuits and practiced insurance defense.  He was named a 2007 Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star by Atlanta Magazine.

He is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.  Mr. Harmon is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, the Savannah Bar Association, and the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association.  He was previously a member of the executive committee of the Savannah Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division and the chairman of the Savannah Bar Association's Legal Directory Committee.

Mr. Harmon earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee.  He graduated from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law with a J.D. in 2002.  During law school, he was a member of the Mercer Law Review.
