Kirby Mason is a partner in HunterMaclean's litigation department, bringing nearly 20 years of experience to reaching successful outcomes.  A tough litigator, Kirby is at home in the courtroom where she presents the facts and law in  as straightforward manner.  She is equally effective in front of a jury as in a bench trial or in mediation/arbitration proceedings.

Over the years, Kirby has litigated a variety of cases.  Her breadth of training and knowledge permits her to represent business in contract disputes, litigate real estate issues and handle construction claims.  She has successfully represented employers who have faced employment claims as well as medical providers who have been charged with professional negligence, resulting in numerous defense verdicts.

She is admitted to the State Bars of Georgia, South Carolina and Montana. Ms. Mason is admitted to practice in all courts in Georgia, South Carolina and Montana, and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Georgia and the U.S. District Court of South Carolina.
