John Miller is a partner in the Savannah office, practicing in the area of Estates and Trusts. Mr. Miller is a former Vice President of Law of the Central Georgia Railway Company, and past Chairman of the Board of SunTrust Bank, Savannah, N.A. He is presently a Senior Director of the Board at SunTrust.

Mr. Miller is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and all Georgia courts. He is a former Vice President of the Georgia Bar Association and is a current member of the Savannah Bar Association. Mr. Miller is also a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Miller graduated with a B.B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 1942, and with an LL.B., magna cum laude, from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 1948. At Georgia, he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and the Sphinx Society.
