Compensation & Benefits

At HunterMaclean, we compensate our attorneys at a competitive level commensurate with our role as a leading law firm in the area.  In addition, all attorneys are eligible for annual bonuses, which are awarded based on quality of performance, productivity, and overall contribution to the firm and the community.  Salary and bonus levels are periodically reviewed to ensure that they stay competitive. 

The Firm also offers a full array of benefits to its lawyers, including medical and dental benefits, group life and disability insurance (at no cost to the employee), 401(k) matching (up to specified levels), profit sharing and paid parking.
