Joyce K. Batterson, ACP, CBA, RP is a Corporate and Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in the Firm's Corporate/Tax Department.

Joyce received her  Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from Northwestern California University School of Law, also her ACP designation from the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) in 1990, and has specialty certifications through NALA in the area of Bankruptcy, Corporate and Business law, Real Estate law, and Contracts and Contract Administration. She received her Certified Bankruptcy Assistant designation through the Association of Bankruptcy Judicial Assistants (ABJA) in 2000, and her Registered Paralegal designation through the National Federation of Paralegal Associations in 2001.  Joyce is a member of NALA and ABJA.
 
Joyce is an associate member of the American Bar Association, as well as a member of the Business Law and Real Property, Probate & Trust sections.   Joyce is a student at Northwestern California University School of Law and a student member of the American Association for Justice.
