Deanne E. Clarke joins Commercial Real Estate group

The law firm of HunterMaclean is pleased to announce that attorney Deanne E. Clarke recently joined the Commercial Real Estate practice group at the firm’s Savannah office.
Before joining HunterMaclean, Clarke served as a partner with the law firm of Frost Brown Todd LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio. An experienced attorney, she has represented and assisted numerous clients with a wide range of commercial real estate transactions over the years.
Clarke regularly works with developers, sellers, purchasers, landlords, tenants and other interested parties in connection with the development, acquisition, sale, leasing, financing and operation of retail, mixed use, office, medical, warehouse and other commercial properties.
Clarke received a B.A. degree, with high honors, from the University of Cincinnati, and earned a J.D. degree, cum laude, from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
She is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Illinois and Ohio and serves as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Savannah Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia. She currently resides in Savannah.
