Rebecca F. Grizzle Joins HunterMaclean's Taxation Group

HunterMaclean recently hired attorney Rebecca F. Grizzle to serve as an associate in the firm’s taxation law practice group. In her new position, she will work in a range of areas including corporate taxation and tax-free reorganizations, estates and trusts, tax-exempt organizations, employee benefits, retirement plan distributions and taxation of real estate transactions. 

Before joining HunterMaclean, Grizzle worked as an associate with a local law firm in Savannah. She is currently a member of the Savannah Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division, Georgia Association of Women Lawyers and the William Jay Society at the Telfair Museum of Art.

Grizzle earned a B.A. in French Language and Culture from Wake Forest University, a J.D. degree from the Mercer University School of Law and a LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida. Originally from Hartwell, Ga., she currently resides in Savannah.
