HunterMaclean represents a wide variety of manufacturers in product liability litigation and counseling. The Firm has had a close and long standing relationship with several of the nation's largest truck trailer manufacturers and has defended multiple product liability lawsuits on behalf of truck trailer and transportation related clients. The Firm's experience and ability in managing the complexities which arise during product liability litigation has allowed its attorneys to develop expertise in this area of the law. Attorneys in this practice area have extensive experience in defending strict liability, negligence and warranty claims brought against manufacturers.
The Firm's senior partner in the product liability area, John M. Hewson, has over 30 years of experience in representing manufacturers in the defense of product liability claims. He is a former Chair of the Product Liability Advisory Council.
