Patrick Webb is a partner in the St. Simons Island and Savannah offices of HunterMaclean. Patrick’s practice is that of a commercial real estate generalist with a particular focus in the areas of commercial real estate development, finance, leasing, and related tangential areas including joint ventures, corporate finance, and general corporate transactions.

Patrick’s clients include developers/sponsors of large multifamily and mixed-use developments for which he serves as lead counsel in the acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of multi-million dollar multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout the country. Patrick has wide experience in the purchase/sale of multi-million dollar office buildings for institutional investors as well as the purchase/sale of multi-million dollar multifamily apartment complexes for large multifamily REITs.

Patrick’s experience also includes representation of (i) developers/sponsors in urban in-fill and adaptive re-use development transactions, (ii) fund-based owner/operators in the acquisition, disposition, and operation of large multi-family properties throughout the country, (iii) regional and national financial institutions and borrowers in secured finance transactions, (iv) landlords and tenants in retail, industrial, and office lease transactions of all sizes throughout the country, (v) solar farm developers in the acquisition and development of solar farms, and (vi) purchasers and sellers in large timberland purchase and sale transactions.
