Attorney David Fenstermacher Joins Corporate/Healthcare Practice Group at HunterMaclean

HunterMaclean, a leading business law firm in Savannah, Ga., is pleased to announce that David Fenstermacher recently joined the firm as Counsel in the Corporate/Healthcare Practice Group.

Before joining HunterMaclean, Fenstermacher served as a partner at Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs in Atlanta, where he practiced law since 1995. His healthcare regulatory background includes Certificate of Need regulations, medical staff matters, Medicare/Medicaid, Stark law, HIPAA and litigation experience.

Over the years, Fenstermacher has represented hospitals, health care systems, long-term acute care service providers, specialty service providers, physician practices and individual physicians. He is a member of the Georgia Academy of Healthcare Lawyers and the State Bar of Georgia.

Originally from Augusta, Ga., Fenstermacher earned a J.D. from the University of Georgia Law School in Athens, Ga. in 1995 and a B.S. from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Va. in 1991. He currently resides in Savannah.
