HunterMaclean, a leading business law firm with offices in Savannah and Brunswick, is pleased to announce that Lane A. Johnson has recently joined the Firm’s real estate group, where she will focus her practice on affordable housing.
Prior to joining HunterMaclean, Johnson represented the Sierra Club in Washington D.C. as outside counsel in administrative and judicial proceedings. She also has experience in environmental and energy litigation. Johnson worked as a Legal Fellow in the Sierra Club Environmental Law Program, a Law & Policy Extern with the Governor’s Accord for a New Energy Future, and as an Honors Clerk with the Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, the law enforcement arm of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Johnson received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and International Affairs from the University of Georgia. She graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as the admissions editor for the Georgetown International Environmental Law Review.
