“I am delighted to announce that we have successfully united a number of talented attorneys to create HunterMaclean’s first integrated transportation law practice,” said HunterMaclean partner Dennis B. Keene, who is a member of the team and whose thirteen-year practice includes representing numerous transportation industry clients. “We felt that by formally pooling our diverse areas of expertise we could offer a more comprehensive and efficient package to address our transportation clients’ needs.”

In addition to Keene, the team includes maritime attorneys Robert S. Glenn Jr., David F. Sipple, Colin A. McRae, and Jessica L. The team is further anchored by senior partner, Arnold Young, who has more than 35 years of litigating for the railroad, automobile and trucking industries.

Over the years the firm has effectively resolved hundreds of transportation matters involving catastrophic personal injuries and large loss property damage, insurance, indemnity and subrogation issues. HunterMaclean attorneys have represented a diverse body of transportation clients, including trucking companies, ship owners, railroads, regional for-hire and private carriers as well as motor coach and bus companies, and freight system manufacturers.

HunterMaclean’s related experience includes extensive work in areas of transportation advocacy, commercial litigation, and trucking and motor carrier accident litigation. The firm’s attorneys have offered strategic planning and negotiations for catastrophic injuries and property damage as well as product liability claims, service contracts and warranty disputes.

“Our firm is well-known for its excellence in transportation law,” said Brooks Stillwell, client development partner at HunterMaclean. “This new team will enable us to maximize our efforts on behalf of our transportation industry clients.”
