Emory Larkin is an associate in HunterMaclean’s real estate practice group.
Emory practices primarily in the St. Simons Island office, where she handles a wide variety of real estate related matters. She has significant experience representing her clients on residential and commercial matters, guiding them through property acquisition and transfers, title and survey issues, secured transactions, leases, easements, covenants, and more. Emory focuses on obtaining the big picture outcome requested by her clients while simultaneously paying close attention to the details involved with each step in getting there.
Emory graduated in the top five percent of her class, magna cum laude, from Mercer University School of Law after receiving her undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Georgia. During Emory’s time at Mercer Law, she gained significant writing, editing, and oral advocacy experience while serving on the Mercer Law Review and the Federal Bar Association Moot Court Team, as well as clerking with Presiding Judge Dillard of the Court of Appeals of Georgia. Emory grew up in McIntosh County and went to high school on St. Simons Island. She is proud to call Coastal Georgia her home.
