The HunterMaclean Critical Issues forum is an annual lecture series that brings together leaders from business, industry, government education and non-profit organizations for a breakfast gathering to hear speakers on important issues facing the community. The 2013 Forum focused on the logistics industry, which generates $15 billion annually in Georgia.
HunterMaclean partners with Junior Achievement of Savannah to expose K-12 students to business professionals and law careers, as well as educate them for the 21st century workplace. In this award-winning video, HunterMaclean attorneys teach in local classrooms, speak at Career Day, and bring students to the Firm on Job Shadow Day.
In May of 2012, the HunterMaclean Critical Issues Forum presented a panel on Workforce Development. Tricia Pridemore, Executive Director of the Governor’s Office of Workforce Development, was joined by Maggie Gill, President and CEO of Memorial Health University Medical Center and John Patterson, Deputy Chairman of JCB, Inc.
