As the software and skills manager, Heather is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the people, resources, and processes required to evaluate software needs and deliver new software or upgrade existing products to address those needs. Heather works with the administration suite to provide the Firm with a variety of services including project design, project management, needs analysis, technology training, electronic discovery team management and support, user documentation, technical documentation, software testing and implementation, research and information services, and special projects as required. Heather has over sixteen years of experience in the Information Technology field, thirteen of those with HunterMaclean.
