Gracie is admitted to practice before all state trial and appellate courts in Georgia and all U.S. District Courts of Georgia. Gracie attended Thomas Edison State College, where she completed a B.A. in Liberal Studies and Humanities in less than two years. Before law school, she worked as a business reporter covering the 2008 financial crisis. She also worked in her family’s cotton brokerage firm in Waynesboro, Georgia, assisting cotton producers and merchants with spot pricing, forward contracting, commodity futures transactions, and hedging strategies. Gracie earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. During her time at UGA, she was a member of the managing board for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law, a finalist in the J. Melvin England Mock Trial Competition, president of the Dean’s Ambassadors, and vice president of the Women Law Students Association. She was also a part of the Family Justice Clinic, which provides pro bono legal services to individuals experiencing domestic violence.

Outside of her legal practice, Gracie is an active member of the community.
