Stuart Wallace is an associate in the Savannah office, where he focuses his practice on real estate. Stuart has substantial transactional, compliance, and business organizational experience in residential and commercial real estate, collegiate athletics, and small business contexts, respectively.

Stuart is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. He earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science in 2015 from Presbyterian College, where he was the president of Sigma Nu Fraternity. He went on to earn his J.D., cum laude, from Georgia State University’s College of Law in 2019. As a law student, he received the CALI Award of Excellence for Mergers & Acquisitions and was selected to participate in the GSU Law Center for the Comparative Study of Metropolitan Growth’s Urban Fellows Program. He also completed a legislative internship with the Georgia House Democratic Caucus and a legal externship with the GSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.

Stuart is admitted to practice before the Georgia Superior, Appeals, and Supreme Courts, as well as within the District of Columbia.

Representative Engagements

  • Represented mortgage lenders in numerous residential and construction loan closings.
  • Drafted various deeds, affidavits of title, and hold harmless agreements.
  • Reviewed numerous probate documents including, but not limited to, testamentary instruments, petitions, and court orders to aid in the disposition of estate and trust property by administrators, executors, and trustees.
  • Analyzed and drafted amendments to operating agreements, bylaws, corporate resolutions, and other corporate instruments to effectuate the seamless transfer of LLC and corporate property.
  • Effectuated the retirement and cancellation of mobile home titles to real property by filing Georgia Department of Revenue MV-1 Vehicle Tag and Title Applications, Georgia T-234 Mobile-Manufactured Home Certificates of Permanent Location, and Surrender of Title Affidavits as attorney-in-fact for Georgia home-buyers.
