Taylor Dove is an associate in HunterMaclean’s litigation practice group whose practice areas include bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, and landlord/tenant disputes. Taylor gained unique knowledge and insight into Chapter 11 and Chapter 12 bankruptcies while serving as a law clerk for  the Honorable Edward J. Coleman, III, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Georgia. Taylor also has experience representing a diverse group of clients in insurance defense matters ranging from automobile accidents to construction defect matters.

Taylor was born in Florence, South Carolina, and grew up in Augusta, Georgia. He attended the University of South Carolina for his undergraduate work, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Investment Finance. Taylor received his law degree, cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law in 2015. Taylor is admitted to practice in all Georgia State Courts and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Georgia.

  • Counsel to a middle market, specialty finance firm in contesting the confirmation of a Chapter 11 debtor’s plan to reorganize an assisted living and memory care facility.
  • Representation of national aggregate supplier in numerous bankruptcy cases and non-bankruptcy workouts.
  • Representation of banks in many problem loan workouts, foreclosures, bankruptcies (including Chapter 12), and related litigation.
