Rachel Tropper is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.
Rachel joins the firm from the Richmond, Virginia office of Troutman Pepper Locke LLP, where she was a member of the Multifamily Housing Financing Practice. In that role, she represented institutional lenders in a range of multifamily loan servicing matters, including organizational transfers, easements, leases, partial releases, and condominium conversions.
Rachel earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2020. While in law school, she received the CALI Award for Constitutional Law II, served on both the editorial and managing boards of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law, and worked as a faculty research assistant. She also completed externships with the Probate Court of Athens-Clarke County and Georgia Lawyers for the Arts.
She holds a B.S. in International Affairs, with highest honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology. As an undergraduate, she minored in Law, Science, and Technology, earned a Certificate of European Affairs, and participated in study abroad programs in Brussels and Paris.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys running, baking, painting, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops with her husband, Brandon.
