HunterMaclean Attorneys Present to the Southeastern Warehouse Association on Transportation and Logistics

Three HunterMaclean attorneys presented at the 68th Annual Southeastern Warehouse Association Conference at the Sandestin Hilton in Destin, Fla. on September 14.

HunterMaclean partners Colin McRae, Dennis Keene and Brad Harmon developed a panel titled “Logistics and Transportation Update: Questions our Clients Have Asked.” The three panelists shared insight into the latest legal trends in logistics and transportation with conference attendees from across the Southeast.

Brad Harmon has extensive experience in business litigation and personal injury defense and has successfully represented various hospitals, financial institutions, industrial materials manufacturers and other businesses in commercial disputes and OSHA claims. Brad leads the firm’s logistics practice, assisting logistics, 3PL and warehousing clients with their business transaction needs. He has also successfully defended medical care providers, trucking companies, manufacturers, and other businesses in personal injury and products liability lawsuits. He has been named a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star by Atlanta Magazine, recognized as a GenerationNEXT: Rising Star of Business by Savannah Magazine and Business in Savannah and honored as an “On the Rise” attorney by the Fulton County Daily Report.

Colin McRae’s practice areas at HunterMaclean include admiralty, business litigation, real estate litigation, transportation and construction. His maritime experience includes defense of personal injury claims, collisions, bill of lading and charter party disputes, oil spill and other environmental pollution cases, Coast Guard penalties and customs matters. He also has experience in disputes involving real estate, commercial transactions, premise liability and employment restrictive covenants. The Savannah Bar Association recently presented him with the Robbie Robinson Award for outstanding service to the Savannah community.

Dennis Keene is an AV® Preeminent™ rated partner who represents corporations and individuals in tort-based litigation with an emphasis in product liability and trucking law. His diverse client base ranges from international manufacturers and national motor carriers to regional carriers and local businesses. Keene gained extensive trial experience as a judge advocate in the U.S. Army and continues to use these trial skills as a civil practitioner, having litigated and tried a number of lawsuits in Georgia. He is also a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and has mediated a number of personal injury, business and interpersonal disputes.
